Carri possesses over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a Patient Account Representative at 1st Line Oncology, her primary responsibility is to ensure that patient’s insurance benefits have been verified, obtaining insurance authorizations and making certain that each patient has a full understanding of what their insurance plan covers. Carri has a genuine empathy and compassion for all patients. Prior to joining 1st Line Oncology, Carri worked for many years in various capacities at West Boca Medical Center, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the medical industry and patient interaction. Carri received an Associates Degree in Business from Broward Community College.
