As a Patient Relations Specialist, Lisa is the first impression of 1st Line Oncology. She is the first one a patient meets when walking into the center, greeting them with a cheerful smile and warm, friendly personality. Lisa’s outstanding people skills come from having worked for many years in customer relations. Each day, her main goal is to try and make each patient feel as comfortable as possible, beginning with their initial call to the center and each day throughout the course of a patient’s treatment.
